I am Worth It
There are so many blessings that are yours and they already belong to you. The only thing left to do is to claim them. Despite your wrong doings, faults or shame you can still access your place in Gods vision. After all you are not what you do or what you have done, you are who you are just by being you. All your doings, wrong or right, are what brought you to this place right now. If you accept your blessings then you can accept your faults and if you can accept your faults, you can also accept your blessings because they were designed to make you, "you".

You are worth all that God has for you and that is everything. Accept all that you are and receive all of your blessings. You are worth it. Say it with me...I AM WORTH IT!

Cleansing
​
Cleansing is very important when it comes to loving yourself. Cleansing and practicing Self Love is imperative to healing. We often carry so much negativity that we have picked up in the world that it makes it hard to find love. But cleansing can make Self Love easier. Cleansing can be quite literal, keeping ourselves and our environments clean can help us fight illness and make us feel better. In the physical world and in the Spirit, it is important for us to practice Self Care and making it a routine to rid ourselves of unpleasant energy that we have picked up throughout the day and that should not be taken into the next day. For the physical being this can be as simple as bathing, showering and other forms of self pampering. For the Spiritual Being this can be prayer, meditation and positive affirmations. Just as it is important to clean your body it is also important to cleanse the Spirit, some find that aroma therapy, music therapy or simply taking some time to think positive thoughts are helpful. All these things are good for the Soul so they will definitely help Cleanse your mind, body and Spirit of negative energy. Be aware that Cleansing does not work without prayer/meditation, in prayer you must be able to see yourself cleansed and in a healthy state of mind.
3 things you can do to Cleanse are:

Take a Warm Bath
Immerse yourself in a warm bath and create a peaceful atmosphere. Turn off your phone and remove any distractions that might interrupt your quiet time. Let yourself fully unwind. (Recommended: 20 to 30 minutes)

Enjoy Soothing Aromas
Light a few candles, burn incense or sage, and sip a warm, aromatic tea. Let the gentle scents calm your senses as you sit quietly and enjoy the moment. (Recommended: 30 minutes)

Try Sound Therapy
Put on calming music or ambient soundscapes and allow your mind to settle. Focus on your breathing and let go of any negative thoughts or stress. Let the sound guide you into stillness. (Recommended: 1 to 2 hours)
