Releasing
Do you remember the time when you thought you let go of negativity, but you still found yourself thinking of that past situation? Maybe it prevented you from trusting or maybe it changed how you thought about everything. How long did you live in negativity, and did it make you feel any better to hang on to it? Even now, you could be thinking about it. Well, did you know you are supported by Heaven to see that situation in its truth and not its illusion. You can allow yourself to see that very situation in love and not hate. Most times we allow things in our life to stay around past its time. When you are still hanging on to negativity you become it, as it becomes a part of you.

In the world there is really no such thing as bad only our perception of what bad feels like. There is only good and evil and evil is necessary. Evil exists for us to learn lessons and learning lessons requires us to understand and eventually know. Pain, discomfort, anger and all these negative things are what help us understand the place we are in, so that we desire the place of healing, peace and joy.
In order to experience good, we must let go of negativity. Letting go of negativity involves releasing what has been done to you in the past and understanding it was all intended. In this, we begin to adjust our view of what happened ‘to’ us and consider what is happening ‘for’ us. These lessons are so you could experience being broken to appreciate becoming whole. Only we can free ourselves from the hurt of the World when we choose to release it.

7 ways you can start to Release are:
-
Release Blame
Everyone carries wounds, and no one is without fault. We're all on a journey of healing. Instead of picking at the pain — yours or others' — choose understanding. Blame only slows down growth.

-
Let Go of Guilt
Whatever shame or regret you're holding onto, release it. You've risen before, and you'll rise again. Trust in your resilience — your past doesn’t define your future.

-
Guard Your Mindset
When negativity tries to creep in, meet it with truth: You are a magnet for good. You create light. Darkness cannot last where your energy is focused on peace and purpose.

-
Lead with Empathy
You’re not alone in your hurt — everyone carries silent battles. That pain may show up in many forms. Choose compassion over judgment, and be a reminder to others that healing is possible.

-
Detach from Expectations
Honor the free will of others. Trust that, just like you, they have the power to grow — in their own time, on their own terms. Control isn't love; acceptance is.

-
Honor Your Growth
You've come far — don’t overlook that. You’re shaping your life every day through your choices and courage. Respect your journey by celebrating the progress you've made.

-
Live in the Now
This moment is all we truly have. Don’t dwell in the past or chase a future that hasn’t arrived. Be present, be grateful, and make the most of the now — it's where life truly happens.
